Why add eclub@parksidevets.com to your email program's address book?

Due to the enormous amount of unsolicited email (Spam) that is sent today, email programs and email services apply filters that try to identify and block Spam. The PARKSIDE E-CLUB newsletters have photos and active links and these often trigger the Spam filters, so your monthly newsletter ends in the spam bin!

Some rules defined in Spam filters may apply to legitimate newsletters as well, and part of the "good email" may then be deleted, or moved to a Spam folder. Images that are included in an email may also be blocked.
You can prevent Parkside e-club news from being Spam-filtered by simply adding our newsletter's email address to your email program's list of known or trusted senders. This is called whitelisting.
Please implement whitelisting for e-Club's FROM address, which is eclub@parksidevets.com

OUTLOOK EXPRESS
1. Add eclub@parksidevets.com to the Outlook address book
2. Implement a filter rule to move eclub email to a special folder before any Spam filter is applied:
Tools > Message Rules > Mail... > Mail Rules > New

OUTLOOK 2002
1. Add eclub@parksidevets.com to the Outlook address book
2. Implement a filter rule to move eclub email to a special folder before any Spam filter is applied:
Tools > Rules Wizzard > New

OUTLOOK 2003
1. Add eclub@parksidevets.com to the Outlook address book
2  Add eclub@parksidevets.com to the Safe Senders list:
Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Junk E-mail > Safe Senders tab > Add

HOTMAIL
Add eclub@parksidevets.com to your Hotmail contacts:
    Click the Contacts tab
    Click the New drop-down arrow and select Contact
    Fill in eclub's email address and click Save
Add eclub@parksidevets.com to your Hotmail Safe List:
    Click the Options link in upper right hand corner
    Click Junk E-Mail Protection
    Click Junk E-Mail Filter
    Copy and paste parksidevets.com into the dialog box and click the "Add" button

GOOGLE Gmail
1. Add eclub@parksidevets.com to your Gmail contacts:
    Click the "Contacts" link in the left navigation menu
    Click the "Add Contact" link
    Fill in eclub's and it's primary email address eclub@parksidevets.com
    Click on "Save"
2. If eclub was moved to the Spam folder, open this folder and click the "Not Spam" button

YAHOO Mail
1. Add eclub@parksidevets.com to your Yahoo Mail contacts:
    Click the "Addresses" tab
    Choose "Add Contact"
    Enter Nickname =eclub
    Email = eclub@parksidevets.com

2. Set up a filter rule to filter eclub to your Inbox
    Go to Inbox
    Click the "Mail Options" link (upper right hand corner)
    Select "Filters" (bottom left corner)
    Click "Add"
    Define this rule: If the From header contains "parksidevets.com" then move the message to Inbox

AOL
Add eclub's email address to your AOL address book:     Click the "Mail" menu
    select "Address Book"
    click the "Add" button.
    in "Address Card for New Contact" window enter eclub@parksidevets.com into the "Other E-Mail"
    Make this address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
    Click "Save"
